After a five day voyage from Guam aboard the Argentina Maru, the captives of Guam arrived at the port of Todatsu, on the north coast of Shikoku Island. Transferred by a launch to the docks, the captives were lined up and photographed for propaganda purposes. Pictures were on the front page of most newspapers the next morning. The prisoners departed Guam on 10 January 1942 and arrived late at night, 16 January 1942.
Identifications are not positive due to graininess of picture. Identification courtesy of Howard "Seagull" Ross.
